What does load stabilization mean?
In conventional crane operation, the ropes run vertically to the load handling attachment via deflection pulleys. When accelerating and decelerating, this results in disruptive pendulum movements. The patented load stabilizer "Made by Scheffer" prevents precisely this: a specially developed rope tensioning system stabilizes the load so effectively that lateral deflection is not possible. The result is absolutely pendulum-free transportation in all directions - for greater precision, safety and speed.
Thanks to the sway-free technology, our cranes achieve significantly higher travel speeds with consistent precision. Loads can be positioned quickly and precisely without losing time due to swinging. This increases throughput and improves your productivity in the material flow.
The controlled movement of the load ensures a safe working environment. Uncontrolled swinging movements are avoided and the operator has full control at all times. By using radio controls, the crane can also be operated from a safe distance. This reduces the risk of accidents and protects your employees.

If a fault does occur, our modern remote maintenance software enables rapid diagnosis. In over 90 % of cases, the problem can be rectified within a few minutes, for maximum system availability.
