Safe handling of small to large formats
Different solutions are used depending on the format and orientation of the sheets. Our mechanical Scheffer-Starlifter gripper, which can be combined with magnetic lifting technology if required, is suitable for
transporting small, medium and large formats. For heavy plates in rolled lengths or wild dimensions, a flexible two-trolley solution with magnets is available, which can pick up plates both horizontally and vertically.

The transport of sheet metal places special demands on the technology - especially due to changing length and width ratios. To enable flexible and safe working, our magnet systems are equipped with sophisticated additional functions: from manual or motorized turning mechanisms to telescopic traverses that automatically adjust the magnet distance to the respective format.
This allows sheets in rolled lengths, wild dimensions or special formats to be moved efficiently and reliably.
