Precision with narrow magnets
Narrow magnets ensure a secure hold when handling rolled profiles - even with small cross-sections. Larger profiles are picked up via active or passive rotation of the magnets. The pendulum-free technology guarantees exact positioning without any loss of time. For materials of different lengths, a two-trolley solution is recommended, which reliably moves both factory lengths and cut-to-size pieces.

Efficient transport of shaped steel profiles with multipolar magnets
Multipolar magnets offer decisive advantages when transporting shaped steel profiles. Unlike conventional magnet solutions with two pole plates arranged at the side, this technology positions several magnetic poles along the center line of the magnet. This creates a centered magnetic field that can even hold narrow beams securely on the bar.

Thanks to their compact design, the magnets can be positioned precisely between high stacks of material or in stanchions, ideal for confined storage situations. For wider profiles, the magnets can be rotated by up to 90° if required to reliably prevent the material from tilting along the longitudinal axis. This proven technology ensures safe, fast and precise handling of shaped steel profiles, with maximum efficiency and operational reliability.
