Customized solutions for variable lengths
For lengths up to 6 m, a single trolley solution with a magnetic lifting beam is sufficient. For mixed lengths (e.g. 3-6 m), the traverse is set at an angle, which requires a second hoist. For 3-12 m long bars, a two-trolley solution with independent magnetic lifting beams is suitable, which safely picks up and moves a wide variety of formats.

When transporting steel bars, the right magnetic lifting technology is essential, as long goods are stored in stacking yokes, high racks or directly on the floor, depending on the area of application. Each type of storage requires a customized magnetic solution, tailored to the respective lifting beam and the appropriate control system.

For handling stacking yokes, the traverses can be equipped with foldable or swivel-mounted yoke holders. In addition, extendable pole shoes in the magnets enable individual bars to be held securely, providing an optimum solution for applications that require maximum flexibility and efficiency in material handling.
